Quad 2-input NAND gate with a 3V to 18V supply range
CD4011BPW is a quad 2-input NAND gate in 14-TSSOP, 3V to 18V supply, 1 µA quiescent.
At 15V and 50 pF load, the max propagation delay is 90 ns. That is adequate for 1 MHz or slower clock domains, but it will limit throughput in high-speed digital sections. For faster switching, a 74LVC family gate (e.g., SN74LVC10AD) offers 4.7 ns at 3.3 V, though it cannot match the 4000B's wide supply range or military temperature grade.
