Triple-band sub-1 GHz coverage — 300 MHz to 928 MHz
The CC1101RTK covers three sub-1 GHz ISM bands: 300–348 MHz, 387–464 MHz, and 779–928 MHz.
-116 dBm sensitivity and 12 dBm output — link budget in context
Receiver sensitivity is -116 dBm and maximum transmit output is +12 dBm.
Modulation flexibility and SPI interface
The CC1101RTK supports 2FSK, 4FSK, GFSK, MSK, OOK, and ASK modulation. This covers both simple on-off keying for legacy receivers and shaped FSK for better spectral efficiency. The SPI serial interface keeps the host MCU overhead low — the transceiver handles packet handling, preamble, sync word, and CRC in hardware.
20-QFN (4x4 mm) — layout and rework notes
The QFN package requires a hot-air profile with bottom-side preheat.
The current consumption spans 14.3–17.1 mA in receive mode and 12.3–34.2 mA in transmit, depending on output power setting and data rate.
