The ADS7887SDCKT is a 10-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) ADC from Texas Instruments' microPOWER™ series, sampling at 1.25 MSPS through a single-ended input.
SPI data interface and SC-70-6 package
Data transfers over an SPI bus, which keeps the pin count to six in the SC-70-6 (SOT-363) package. The 1:1 S/H-to-ADC ratio means the sample-and-hold captures one sample per conversion cycle, and the single-ended input accepts a 0 V to Vref (supply) range. The SC-70-6 footprint is 2.0 mm × 1.25 mm, so it fits on tight mixed-signal boards where board area is the constraint.
