Technical Details & Description

The STP4CMPQTR is a 4-channel LED driver using a switched-capacitor (charge pump) DC-DC regulator. It delivers up to 30 mA per channel at 3.8 V output, with PWM dimming.

Four outputs at 30 mA each. For a 3.8 V backlight string, each channel drives a single LED or small parallel group. The 30 mA per channel is the ceiling; PWM dimming reduces brightness without wasting power.

The 20-QFN package is a standard surface-mount footprint; reflow profile follows the usual lead-free (ROHS3,) curve. No special handling beyond standard MSL precautions.
