The SR1UARU is a single-channel Reset Timer from the Smart Reset™ series. It asserts a reset output (Active Low, open-drain) when the monitored voltage drops below an adjustable threshold, and holds reset for an adjustable timeout after the supply recovers. The adjustable threshold and timeout mean one BOM line covers different rail voltages without a respin.
Temperature range and what it covers
That covers most embedded equipment: motor drives, PLCs, base stations, outdoor telecom, automotive cabin-adjacent modules. If your design lives inside a sealed enclosure near a hot power stage, the 85°C ceiling is the limit to watch; derating the threshold accuracy above 70°C is worth a quick check in the datasheet curves.
Comes in a 6-UDFN package (1.45 mm x 1.0 mm body, supplier device package 6-UDFN (1.45x1)). That is a tiny, leadless package—no exposed pad, just six lands on the bottom.
The voltage threshold is adjustable/selectable, not fixed to a single value like many simple reset ICs. For a procurement decision: this part replaces multiple fixed-threshold SKUs in your AVL, reducing inventory lines. The trade-off is you need two external resistors per channel, which adds 0.2 cent and two placements—worth it if you manage a multi-rail board.
