The R7FA2E1A52DNH#AA0: It carries 32 KB of flash, 16 KB of RAM, and 4 KB of on-chip EEPROM — enough for a sensor node, a capacitive-touch HMI, or a simple IoT endpoint that doesn't need external non-volatile storage.
Peripheral set and analog interface
On-chip peripherals include AES encryption, capacitive touch sensing, DMA, LVD, POR, PWM, a temperature sensor, TRNG, and a watchdog timer. Connectivity covers I²C, SmartCard, SPI, and UART/USART — enough for serial sensors, displays, or a smartcard reader. The 23 GPIOs are enough for a compact board with a few buttons, LEDs, and a serial interface.
