The R7F100GSN3CFB#AA0: The RL78/G23 core runs at 32 MHz — enough throughput for real-time sensor fusion loops and capacitive touch UI polling without an external oscillator. 768 KB of on-chip flash holds a full application image with a bootloader and calibration tables; 48 KB RAM leaves room for a small RTOS, multiple communication buffers, and a display frame buffer. 8 KB of dedicated EEPROM stores calibration constants and production parameters on-chip, saving the external serial EEPROM package and the I²C bus line. The 26-channel ADC (configurable to 8-, 10-, or 12-bit resolution) plus two 8-bit DAC channels cover multi-sensor analog front-ends without external muxing.
