The R7F100GFL3CFP#HA0 is a 16-bit RL78/G23 microcontroller with a 32 MHz core, 512 KB of program flash, 48 KB of RAM, and 8 KB of on-chip EEPROM — enough headroom for a data-logging application that stores calibration tables and event logs without external serial memory. The 44-LQFP package (10x10 mm) exposes 37 GPIOs, a 10-channel ADC with selectable 8-/10-/12-bit resolution, and a 2-channel DAC — the ADC resolution choice lets the firmware trade conversion speed against precision without changing the BOM.
