RXv2 core at 120 MHz — 768 KB on-chip flash
The R5F565N7FGFP#30 is a 32-bit microcontroller from the Renesas RX65N series, built around the RXv2 CPU core clocked at 120 MHz.
Connectivity and analog — 78 GPIO, Ethernet, dual 12-bit ADC
This MCU integrates a rich peripheral set: Ethernet MAC, USB, CAN, multiple SPI/I²C/UART serial channels, and an EBI/EMI bus for external memory or FPGA glue. The 78 general-purpose I/O lines are brought out to the 100-LQFP package. On the analog side, it packs 22 channels of 12-bit A/D conversion and a single 12-bit D/A output, enough for multi-sensor acquisition or closed-loop analog control.
