54 MHz RXv2 core with 256 KB flash — BOM-fit for mid-range control
The Renesas R5F52316AGFM#30 is a 32-bit single-core MCU from the RX231 series, built around the RXv2 core clocked at 54 MHz. With 256 KB of on-chip flash, 32 KB of SRAM, and 8 KB of dedicated EEPROM, it provides enough code and data space for a motor drive, an industrial HMI panel, or a connected sensor node without external memory.
Industrial temperature grade and peripheral mix
Connectivity covers I²C, SPI, SCI (UART), IrDA, SSI, and USB OTG — the USB OTG port lets the MCU act as either host or device, useful for a data-logger that plugs into a PC for retrieval. The 12-channel 12-bit ADC and dual 12-bit DAC handle analog sensor inputs and analog output signals — for example, reading three thermocouple amplifiers and outputting a 0-10 V control signal.
