48 MHz RXv2 core with 128 KB flash — memory and throughput for a single-loop controller
The R5F51405AGFL#10 is a Renesas RX140-series 32-bit MCU built around the RXv2 core running at 48 MHz. The 128 KB on-chip flash and 32 KB SRAM leave enough headroom for a single-loop control algorithm, a sensor-fusion stack, or a CANopen fieldbus node without external memory. The 8 KB data flash (EEPROM emulation) stores calibration constants or boot parameters — no external serial EEPROM required for non-volatile storage up to that size.
Supply range and temperature grade — single-rail industrial deployment
The 48-LQFP (7x7 mm) package — also listed as 48-LFQFP — is a common footprint with 0.5 mm pitch. The 39 available I/O lines route to a mix of capacitive touch, PWM, SCI, SPI, and CAN interfaces.
