The S9S12G128F0MLH runs a 16-bit HCS12 core at 25 MHz, delivering enough throughput for real-time control loops in automotive body electronics, industrial actuators, and sensor hubs. The 128 KB on-chip flash (128K x 8) and 8 KB SRAM (8K x 8) support a CANopen stack, a bootloader, and application code without external memory. 4 KB EEPROM (4K x 8) stores calibration and configuration data across power cycles.
Industrial temperature grade and wide supply
