80 MHz e200z4d core with 1 MB flash
The MPXS2010VLQ80 is a 32-bit single-core MCU built around the e200z4d core running at 80 MHz. With 1 MB of on-chip flash and 128 KB of RAM, the memory budget covers a full CAN/LIN stack plus the application code without external memory — typical for a body-control module or a gateway node in an automotive or industrial network.
Connectivity and analog front-end
The peripheral set includes CANbus and LINbus interfaces — these are the physical-layer controllers for automotive body electronics and industrial sensor buses. Alongside SPI and UART/USART, the MCU can bridge a CAN network to a local serial sensor cluster without an external protocol converter. A 32-channel 12-bit ADC samples the analog domain — enough to read a dozen potentiometers, thermistor strings, or current-sense resistors in a single scan cycle. The DMA engine can move the conversion results directly to RAM without CPU intervention, keeping the core free for protocol handling.
