SYNCBURST™ SRAM for high-throughput buffer and cache designs
The Micron MT58L64L32DT-7.5 is a 2 Mbit synchronous SRAM from the SYNCBURST™ family, organized as 64K x 32 bits with a parallel interface. It clocks at 133 MHz and delivers a 4 ns access time, making it a fit for high-bandwidth data paths in networking equipment, telecom line cards, and DSP cache buffers where the 32-bit wide bus reduces the memory footprint versus narrower parts. The commercial temperature range (0°C to 70°C) limits it to indoor, climate-controlled environments — not a candidate for industrial or automotive without active thermal management.
Package and mounting — 100-TQFP footprint
Housed in a 100-lead LQFP (supplier package 100-TQFP, 14 x 20.1 mm body), this is a surface-mount part for reflow soldering. The pitch requires careful PCB land pattern design.
