Active production — 116K-gate ORCA 3C FPGA
The OR3T807BC432-DB: It packs 342 user I/O and 63488 bits of block RAM, all running from a single 3 V supply rail — no separate core or I/O voltage needed.
342 I/O and 63488 bits — what they mean for fit
342 I/O in a surface-mount package gives this FPGA enough pins to handle a wide parallel bus (e.g., 32-bit data + address + control) alongside dedicated peripheral interfaces — the count is well above the 200–280 I/O range of typical MachXO3 or MachXO2 peers. 63488 bits of total block RAM (roughly 64 Kbit) is modest by today's standards — enough for a few small FIFOs or look-up tables, but not for large frame buffers or cache. Designs needing more than that should budget external SRAM or SDRAM.
Bulk packaging — board-assembly note
Shipped in Bulk (loose units), not tape-and-reel — the pick-and-place line needs a tray or tube feeder; if your shop only runs reel-fed, budget manual placement or a tray adapter.
