The OR2C40A3PS240I-DB is a Lattice Semiconductor ORCA™2 FPGA with 99,400 gates and 3,600 logic elements/cells — enough for medium-density glue logic, state machines, or a soft-core processor with peripheral registers. 192 user I/O pins give room for a wide memory bus, parallel sensor interface, or multiple serial channels without needing a larger package. On-chip block RAM totals 57,600 bits — enough for a small FIFO, look-up table, or coefficient storage without external SRAM.
Supplied in Bulk (loose units, not tape-and-reel) — typical for engineering samples, small-batch production, or repair stock where a full reel is unnecessary. Surface-mount package — the 240-pin footprint needs a standard reflow profile; store the reels dry if the parts arrive in moisture-barrier bags with a desiccant card.
