CertusPro™-NX FPGA with 96000 logic cells
The LFCPNX-100-9CBG256I is a Lattice CertusPro™-NX FPGA built around 96000 logic elements — enough for mid-complexity glue logic, sensor fusion, or a soft-core processor with peripheral set. The 169 I/O give you room to connect multiple parallel buses without multiplexing, which simplifies the PCB routing and firmware timing.
Memory and supply rail: 3833856 bits at 0.95 V
On-chip block RAM totals 3833856 bits, organised into 24000 LABs/CLBs. That is enough for a moderate FIFO, a small frame buffer, or coefficient storage for a DSP chain — you will not need external SRAM for many control-loop or packet-processing designs. The core supply is 0.95 V, which keeps dynamic power lower than older 1.2 V families; the trade-off is tighter regulation tolerance on the 0.95 V rail.
The 256-ball WLP package is a wafer-level package — the die is essentially the package, which gives a small footprint but demands careful board-level solder-joint inspection; the 0.50 mm ball pitch is standard for a 4-layer fan-out.
Active production — sourcing reality
The CertusPro™-NX series is a current-generation family, so production continuity is stable.
