MachXO3 logic density and I/O in a WLCSP footprint
The Lattice LCMXO3LF-2100E-5UWG49CTR1K is a MachXO3 FPGA with 2112 logic elements (264 LABs/CLBs) and 38 user I/O, packaged in a 49-ball WLCSP measuring 3.11 x 3.19 mm. The 75776 total RAM bits support small glue-logic, control, and bridging functions where board space is tight.
Core supply is 1.14 V to 1.26 V — a single 1.2 V rail with ±5 % tolerance keeps the device within spec. The commercial temperature range (0 °C to 85 °C junction) suits indoor equipment, telecom cabinets, and controlled-environment industrial panels.
The 49-UFBGA WLCSP (3.11 x 3.19 mm) uses a 0.5 mm ball pitch typical of this class. Surface-mount assembly requires a solder mask defined pad and a stencil aperture matched to the ball diameter. The 38 I/O route out on two or four layers depending on the fan-out strategy.
