1280 logic elements, 206 I/O — what the density buys you
The LCMXO3LF-1300C-5BG256C is a Lattice MachXO3 FPGA with 1280 logic elements (160 LABs/CLBs) and 206 user I/O — enough to handle a medium-density glue-logic consolidation or a control-plane bridge that would otherwise eat a dozen 74-series packages and a CPLD. The 64 Kbit embedded RAM (65536 total RAM bits) gives you a small FIFO, a register file, or a lookup table without reaching off-chip — useful when the I/O count is the primary constraint and you need a few hundred bytes of scratchpad.
