Temperature range and rework considerations

The molded epoxy body handles the thermal cycling without cracking — a known failure mode in conformally-coated tantalums. From a rework standpoint, the 1206 molded body is friendly under hot air. The part has clear polarity marking — the anode stripe is on the top face — so orientation is easy to confirm after reflow.
