The TAJY107K010RNJ: Rated 100 µF at 10 V with ±10% tolerance — the 10 V rating gives about 20 % derating headroom on a 5 V rail, but on a 10 V rail the margin is thin; expect capacitance loss at temperature and bias per the tantalum voltage-derating curve. 900 mOhm ESR at 25°C sets the ripple current ceiling — for a 100 kHz buck output, that ESR contributes roughly 90 mV of ripple per amp of AC current; the self-heating from ripple current raises the internal temperature, so the 125°C rating assumes the ambient plus self-heating stays under the limit.
