Rated 0.33 µF at 20 V with ±20% tolerance — the 20 V rating provides a 1.5× derating margin against a 12 V rail, which is standard practice for tantalum capacitors to avoid inrush failure. The 25 Ohm ESR is on the higher side for a 1206 tantalum; at 100 kHz the impedance is dominated by this resistance, so the part is better suited for bulk decoupling or RC timing than for high-ripple filtering.
