The TAJC157M006RNJ: This is a 150 µF molded tantalum capacitor rated at 6.3 V with 1.3 Ohm ESR, in the standard C-case size (2312 / 6032 metric). The ±20% tolerance is typical for tantalum electrolytics; the actual capacitance at the rated voltage will sit near the nominal, but derate for DC bias is minimal compared to MLCCs.
The ESR is specified at 1.3 Ohm; at -55°C the ESR will rise—budget extra margin if the circuit must deliver ripple current at low temperature.
C-case code means 6.00 mm x 3.20 mm footprint with a seated height of 2.80 mm max. The 2312 (6032 metric) land pattern is standard; the part is surface-mount and ships on tape and reel.
