The KYOCERA AVX SCMR14G334SRBA0 is a 330 mF supercapacitor rated at 7.5 V, part of the SCM series. It comes in a through-hole radial can with PC pin termination, a common footprint for board-level energy storage in backup and power-hold-up circuits.
With an ESR of 450 mOhm at 1 kHz, this cap's internal resistance limits peak current draw — useful for short-duration backup where the load pulls a few hundred milliamps.
