22 F, 2.7 V supercapacitor for hold-up and peak-power buffering
The KYOCERA AVX SCCT35B226SRB is a 22 F supercapacitor rated at 2.7 V, part of the SCC series. The 34 mOhm ESR at 1 kHz means the internal resistance is low enough that the capacitor can deliver short current pulses — think backup-power hold-up in a meter or peak-current assist in a motor-drive DC link — without the voltage sag eating into the usable energy.
Radial can, through-hole, bulk packaging
Housed in a radial can (0.492" diameter, 1.437" seated height) with PC pin termination and 0.217" lead spacing. The through-hole mounting suits wave-solder assembly and manual rework; the bulk packaging means the parts ship loose in a bag, not on tape-and-reel, so pick-and-place requires a tube feeder or hand placement.

At lower temperatures the lifetime extends significantly.
