Package and mounting
153-VFBGA (8x8 mm) — surface-mount only. The 8x8 mm body keeps board area tight, but the BGA requires a controlled reflow profile. Store the reels dry: this is a moisture-sensitive BGA, so follow bake and floor-life limits once the bag is opened.
Temperature grade and environment
Rated for -40°C to 100°C junction temperature. That covers most industrial enclosures, outdoor telecom cabinets with passive cooling, and factory-floor equipment near motor drives. Not rated for 125°C automotive under-hood — if you need that, look at the 10M08SCE144A7G which carries the A7 suffix for extended temperature.
Supply and I/O
Core and I/O supply range is 2.85 V to 3.465 V — single-rail operation simplifies the power tree. The 112 I/O are bank-configurable; check the pin assignment for your specific interface voltage levels. No separate VCCIO for each bank in this density tier, so plan the I/O voltage as a single domain.
Comparing the I/O count options
The 10M08SAU324I7G offers 246 I/O in a larger 324-ball package, while the 10M08SAE144I7P gives 101 I/O in a 144-pin QFP. The 10M08SCM153I7G sits between them at 112 I/O in the compact 153-ball BGA — the choice is board area vs I/O count: the BGA saves space but limits expandability if you need many parallel buses.
