What this Cyclone 10 LP FPGA delivers
The Intel 10CL010YM164C6G is a Cyclone® 10 LP FPGA built for low-power, high-I/O-count glue logic and control applications. It packs 10320 logic elements and 423936 RAM bits — enough for a modest state machine, a few serial interfaces, or a small microcontroller wrapper — and brings out 101 user I/O through a 164-ball MBGA package measuring 8x8 mm. The core runs on a single 1.2 V supply, so the board needs a clean 1.2 V rail; no core regulator options.
Speed grade and timing margin
The C6 speed grade is the faster commercial option. The C8 grade is slower, with lower fMAX for the same logic path.
