Supply rails and signal range
This switch runs from a single supply of 9 V to 40 V, or from dual supplies of ±4.5 V to ±20 V. That dual-supply capability lets it handle bipolar signals without level shifting — a common requirement in precision analog front ends where the signal swings below ground. The 1 nA max off-leakage (IS(off)) means negligible error in high-impedance circuits, and the 25 pF channel capacitance on both sides is low enough to avoid loading a fast op-amp output.
Switching speed and charge injection
Turn-on time is 200 ns max, turn-off is 100 ns max. Charge injection is specified at 23 pC, which translates to a voltage glitch proportional to 23 pC / C_load.
Housed in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90 mm width) — a standard footprint that fits most PCB layouts without a respin.
