The MAX17261METD+T is an active-production battery monitor from the Analog Devices ModelGauge™ series, purpose-built for a single LiFePO4 or Li-ion cell with an I²C digital interface.
Package and rework considerations
The 14-TDFN (3x3 mm) package has a 0.5 mm pitch and a central thermal pad. Available in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) — the TR option is the standard production reel for pick-and-place, while CT suits prototype or small-batch builds where the extra per-unit cost is acceptable.
