The Analog Devices LT8646SIV#WPBF is a Silent Switcher®2 synchronous buck regulator delivering 8 A continuous output from a 3.4 V to 65 V input range. It integrates the high-side and low-side switches with internal compensation, reducing external component count to an inductor, a few capacitors, and feedback resistors. The adjustable output is set from 0.97 V up to 12 V.

8 A output and thermal management in the 32-LQFN package

Rated for 8 A continuous output, the LT8646SIV#WPBF uses a 32-lead LQFN (6 mm x 4 mm) with an exposed pad. The synchronous rectifier reduces dropout and improves efficiency at high step-down ratios.
