25 A, 100 V — the GBPC2501-E4/51 in a power supply front-end
The Vishay GBPC2501-/51 is a single-phase bridge rectifier in the standard GBPC package, rated for 25 A average rectified output (Io) and 100 V peak reverse voltage (VRRM). With a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.1 V at 12.5 A, the conduction loss at half-rated current is about 13.75 W — the GBPC package's copper base and QC terminals are sized to sink that into a chassis or heatsink, not just the PCB.
QC termination and package — mounting reality
The 4-Square GBPC package uses QC (quick-connect) terminals, not solder pins — each corner tab accepts a 0.250-inch female spade connector, which means the mechanical and electrical connection depends on the crimp quality and the tab's retention force, not on wave solder. The package is supplied in a Box (bulk), not tape-and-reel — expected for a through-hole power device that is hand- or wave-loaded onto a heatsink assembly.
