Fixed 1.85 V rail in a tiny SOT-553
The Toshiba TCR2EE185,LM(CT is a single-output positive linear regulator delivering a fixed 1.85 V at up to 200 mA. It comes in a SOT-553 package — roughly 1.6 mm square — making it a fit for space-constrained boards where a 1.85 V core or I/O supply is needed.
Dropout voltage is specified at 0.31 V maximum at 150 mA load. That means with a 1.85 V output, the input can sag to about 2.16 V and the output still holds regulation — useful if the upstream rail has ripple or brownout margin. The PSRR is 73 dB at 1 kHz, which is solid for a 200 mA LDO in this footprint; it keeps switching noise from a buck converter from coupling into the 1.85 V rail. Quiescent current is 60 µA, so it's not a micropower part but won't kill battery life in always-on peripherals.
Enable pin and protection
An enable pin lets you shut down the regulator for power sequencing or low-power standby. Protection is limited to over-current; there is no thermal shutdown listed, so the board layout needs to handle heat dissipation if the part runs near 200 mA continuously at high ambient.
