It operates from a 2.3 V to 36 V load voltage range and requires no separate Vcc/Vdd supply — the gate drive is self-biased from the input rail. The 2:1 input-to-output ratio means the switch can be configured with two input pins for load-sharing or redundant supply paths, though it drives a single output.

The 2 A maximum continuous output current is the headline rating for rail selection — a 3.3 V peripheral bus drawing 1.5 A peak stays within margin, but a 1.8 V core rail pulling 2.5 A exceeds the switch's capability and needs a higher-current part.
