Single-gate buffer with 3-state output
The TC7SZ125FE,LJ(CT is a single non-inverting buffer with a 3-state output, part of Toshiba's TC7SZ series of single-gate logic devices. It takes one input and drives one output, with the output going high-impedance when the output-enable pin is deasserted — useful for sharing a bus line between multiple drivers without contention.
SOT-553 footprint and temperature range
Housed in a 5-pin SOT-553 package (supplier device package ESV), this buffer occupies about 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm of board area — a good fit for dense, space-constrained designs where a full SOIC or TSSOP is overkill. The 0.5 mm pitch demands careful soldering but is standard for small-outline transistor packages. The single-element, single-bit-per-element architecture means one buffer per package — no unused gates to terminate.

Available in Tape & Reel (TR) for automated pick-and-place or Cut Tape (CT) for prototyping and small-batch builds. Surface-mount only — no through-hole variant exists in this series.
