Single 2-input NAND gate, 1.8V to 5.5V supply
The Toshiba TC7SZ00FU,LJ(CT is a single 2-input NAND gate from the TC7SZ series, a high-speed CMOS logic family. Maximum propagation delay is 4.3ns at 5V with a 50pF load, which sets the timing budget for signal paths in mixed-voltage or high-speed control logic. The output can sink or source 32mA, enough to drive multiple downstream gate inputs or a single LED indicator without a buffer.
Industrial temperature range and package footprint
The quiescent current is 2µA maximum, keeping the standby power draw negligible in battery-backed or always-on circuits.
