Is the UCC27425P compatible with 5 V logic inputs?

Yes. The logic input thresholds are VIL = 1 V and VIH = 2 V, so a 5 V CMOS or TTL output drives the input directly. A 3.3 V logic output also meets the VIH threshold with margin, but check that the controller's VOH stays above 2 V across load and temperature.

What is the difference between the UCC27425P and the UCC27424P?

Both are dual low-side drivers in the same family. The UCC27424P has only non-inverting inputs; the UCC27425P adds an inverting input per channel.
