No — this is a low-side driver (driven configuration is Low-Side). For high-side drive you would need a bootstrap or isolated gate-driver topology. The UCC27325P drives the low-side MOSFET in a half-bridge or synchronous buck, or drives both low-side FETs in a full-bridge if you use two independent channels.

What is the difference between UCC27325P and UCC27324P?

Both are dual 4A low-side drivers in the same family. The UCC27324P has both channels with non-inverting inputs only; the UCC27325P gives you one inverting and one non-inverting input per channel, which adds flexibility for driving complementary MOSFETs or implementing shoot-through protection logic without external inverters.
