The Texas Instruments UCC27322D is a single-channel low-side gate driver rated for 9 A peak source and sink current, making it a direct fit for driving the gate capacitance of medium-power N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs in switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, and motor-drive stages. Supply range spans 4 V to 15 V. Typical rise and fall times of 20 ns keep switching losses low at moderate frequencies, and the non-inverting input simplifies control-loop polarity.
