The Texas Instruments UCC27200DDAG4 is a high-frequency half-bridge gate driver for N-channel MOSFETs. The bootstrap topology supports a high-side voltage up to 120 V, making this driver a fit for synchronous buck converters, full-bridge DC-DC stages, and class-D audio amplifiers operating from rails up to 100 V with margin. The supply range is 8 V to 17 V, which covers standard 12 V bias rails and leaves headroom for 15 V gate-drive levels.

Logic thresholds and independent channels
Input logic thresholds are 3 V (VIL) and 8 V (VIH), which means a 5 V PWM controller output drives the inputs directly — no level-shifting resistor network needed. The two channels are independent and non-inverting, so the same signal can drive both high-side and low-side with external dead-time circuitry, or each channel can run its own PWM stream.
The base product number UCC272 covers a family of pin-compatible variants (UCC27201, UCC27201A) that differ in input thresholds or enable logic — if a future redesign needs a different logic interface, the footprint stays the same.
