Three-phase output for high-current rails
With three outputs and three phases, the TPS53632RSMT is designed to drive a multi-phase buck converter for loads like DDR memory VDDQ or core voltage on a server motherboard. Each phase shares the current, reducing ripple and spreading thermal load. The I²C bus provides digital control of the output voltage and fault monitoring — a step up from analog-only controllers.
It is ROHS3 compliant.
