Product details

1.8V threshold supervisor for single-rail monitoring

The TPS3851G18SDRBT is a Texas Instruments Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC that monitors a single 1.8V supply rail and asserts an Active Low reset signal when the voltage drops below the threshold. The open-drain output lets you pull the reset line to any logic voltage up to the absolute maximum of the pin, which is handy when the supervisor runs off a different rail than the monitored core. Reset timeout is a minimum of 170ms after the supply recovers, giving the downstream device time to stabilize before release.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy TPS3851G18SDRBT and check current pricing?

The TPS3851G18SDRBT is an active-production Texas Instruments part. We source it through our distribution network — submit an RFQ with your target quantity and we will confirm availability and pricing for your BOM line. No stock-holding claim is made here; every order is quoted to your specific needs.

Can TPS3851G18SDRBT work with a 3.3V supply?

The device monitors a single 1.8V rail. The open-drain output can be pulled up to a voltage higher than 1.8V, but the monitored threshold is fixed at 1.8V — it will not assert reset if a 3.3V rail drops unless that rail is divided down to 1.8V and fed to the sense input. For 3.3V monitoring, choose a variant with a 3.3V threshold.
