1.2V threshold supervisor – core-rail watchdog
The TPS3850G12DRCT is a single-channel voltage supervisor with a fixed 1.2V threshold, making it a direct fit for monitoring low-voltage core rails in MCUs, FPGAs, or SoCs where a dip below 1.2V must trigger a clean reset. The reset output is Active Low, open-drain, so it can be wire-ORed with other reset sources on the same pull-up rail — common in multi-rail systems where a single fault pulls the whole system into reset.
125°C junction – industrial and automotive margin
The reset timeout is adjustable/selectable, letting the designer match the power-up settling time of the downstream load — a 100 ms timeout might work for a flash-based MCU, but a larger FPGA may need a longer delay programmed via an external capacitor.
10-VSON (3x3) – footprint and thermal pad
Texas Instruments is the sole manufacturer.
