2.63V threshold — matching the 3.3V rail dropout point
The voltage threshold is 2.63V, which sits at roughly 80% of a nominal 3.3V supply. That means the reset asserts before the rail drops below the minimum operating voltage of most 3.3V-logic MCUs and DSPs, giving the processor a clean shutdown signal before the logic becomes unreliable. The reset output is active-low push-pull (totem pole), so it drives the reset pin directly without an external pull-up resistor.
Industrial temperature grade and SOT-23-3 footprint
The SOT-23-3 package (TO-236-3, SC-59 equivalent) is a three-pin footprint that fits tight layouts and is straightforward to hand-solder or reflow. It monitors a single voltage rail.
Surface-mount assembly is standard.
