2.325 V threshold — why that number matters for your rail
That threshold is not a standard 2.5 V or 2.0 V — it sits right at the edge of a 2.5 V rail's tolerance band, catching a brown-out before the downstream logic starts behaving unpredictably. The reset output is active-low, push-pull, totem-pole, so it drives the reset line directly without needing an external pull-up.
120 ms reset timeout — enough for the supply to settle
That is long enough for most switching supplies and linear regulators to come up cleanly after a power-on or a brown-out event, but short enough that the system does not sit idle waiting for the reset to de-assert.
SOT-23-3 package — can I swap it on site?
No hot-air station required, no paste stencil. If you have a steady hand and a decent pair of tweezers, you can swap this on a customer site without a lab bench. The three pins are clearly spaced — orientation is obvious from the pin 1 marker on the top of the package.
Temperature range — industrial, not automotive
That covers factory-floor automation, outdoor telecom cabinets, and most industrial control panels. It does not cover under-hood automotive or downhole drilling — those need the -40 to 125°C extended range parts. If your BOM calls for AEC-Q100, this is not the one.
