1.1V threshold supervisor for low-voltage cores
The TPS3839G12DQNT is a single-channel voltage supervisor from TI's TPS3839 family, monitoring a 1.1V rail with an active-low, push-pull reset output. It asserts reset when the supply drops below 1.1V and holds it low for a minimum of 120 ms after the rail recovers, giving the downstream processor time to stabilize.
120 ms reset timeout and industrial temperature range
The 120 ms minimum reset timeout is long enough to cover most power-supply ramp-up sequences for MCUs and SoCs, but short enough to avoid delaying system start-up.
The 4-X2SON package is moisture-sensitive — store the reels dry per MSL guidelines.
