2.64V reset threshold — the fit decision
This is a single-voltage supervisor with a 2.64V threshold, designed to monitor a 3.3V rail. When VDD drops below 2.64V, the active-low open-drain output asserts reset and holds it for a minimum of 10 ms after the supply recovers. That 10 ms timeout is the minimum — actual timeout may be longer, so budget for the datasheet's full range in your watchdog or power-up sequencing.
Automotive-grade and temperature range
That puts it in the under-hood or engine-bay tier — not just cabin electronics. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR multiple reset signals on the same pull-up, common in safety-critical automotive designs.
Supplied in an SOT-23-5 package. The 5-pin footprint is compact and the pinout is standard for this family: GND, RESET, VDD, MR (manual reset, not present on this variant), and NC.
