The active-low, open-drain output pulls low when VDD drops below the threshold and stays asserted for a minimum 120ms timeout after the supply recovers, giving the oscillator and PLL time to lock before the CPU starts executing.
Package and footprint — SOT-23-5 interchangeability
The 5-pin layout with the same pinout (GND, RESET, VDD, MR, NC) means the board can accept a second-source drop-in without a layout spin. Surface-mount only, supplied on Tape & Reel.
Temperature grade and operating envelope
