Voltage supervisor for 3.3V rails — what the 2.93V threshold means
The 2.93V threshold is set for a nominal 3.3V rail with enough margin to catch brownout conditions before the downstream logic enters an undefined state. The open-drain output lets you wire-OR the reset signal with other supervisors or pull it up to a different voltage domain.
