Why the 2.63V threshold matters for a 3.3V rail
The TPS3823-30DBVT is a single-channel voltage supervisor that asserts a reset when the monitored supply drops below 2.63V. That threshold is chosen for a 3.3V nominal rail — it trips before the supply falls far enough to corrupt SRAM or cause flash read errors, but stays above the brownout zone of most Cortex-M and 8051 MCUs.
