2.25V threshold supervisor in SOT-23-5

120ms reset timeout — what it means for system startup
For a typical MCU with a crystal oscillator, this 120ms window covers the crystal startup and PLL lock time, preventing spurious boot attempts. If your design uses a faster-starting internal RC oscillator, the 120ms is still safe — it just adds a predictable delay to the power-on sequence.
Active-low, push-pull output — no external pull-up needed
The active-low reset output is push-pull (totem pole), meaning it can both source and sink current. This directly drives the reset input of most MCUs, DSPs, and FPGAs without an external pull-up resistor. The push-pull architecture also provides clean, fast edges — important when the reset line is shared across multiple devices on a board.
